Liquid Oxygen contains hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) which is a highly unstable molecule. It will quickly break down in the nutrient tank releasing a free atom of oxygen. This oxygen atom is extremely reactive and will attach itself to either another atom, forming a stable oxygen molecule, or attack a nearby organic molecule, such as a virus or fungal spore. Liquid Oxygen can eliminate existing diseases and help to prevent future ones.

\nLiquid Oxygen can be added to nutrient tanks on a regular \u2013
\neven daily \u2013 basis. The purpose of this would be to provide
\nextra oxygen to the roots and to keep the solution free of
\npathogens and disease. If the system is healthy to begin
\nwith then Liquid Oxygen should help to keep it that way.
\n\u2022 Add to tank daily at the rate of 1 ml per litre of tank
\nvolume.
\n\u2022 If it is not possible to add it so regularly it can be added
\ntwo to three times per week at the rate of 2 ml per litre.
\n\u2022 Stir thoroughly before circulating to plants.
\n\u2022 It will be best to mix the required amount of Liquid
\nOxygen with a litre of lukewarm water before adding to
\ntank.<\/p>\n
